A : Stay hydrated & don't skip your meals. It is recommended that you take a light meal an hour before the therapy.
Q : Any extra precautions before doing ozone therapy?
A : Get enough sleeps & avoid caffeine before your ozone therapy. These two are most responsible whenever we are talking about the success rate of ozone therapy. Also, please avoid alcohols 72 hours before.
Q : I'm feeling so tired after ozone. Am i okay?
A : That is expected and completely fine. Rest for a day, drink a lot of water and eat nutritious meal. After exposure with high oxygen, usually your muscles will enter relaxed state, that is why you are feeling less energy.
Q : Is ozone therapy painful?
A : The only pain that you will experience is when the needles are inserted. No worries.
