A : Stay hydrated & don't skip your meals. It is recommended that you take a light meal an hour before the therapy.

A : Get enough sleeps & avoid caffeine before your ozone therapy. These two are most responsible whenever we are talking about the success rate of ozone therapy. Also, if possible please avoid alcohols 72 hours before.
Q : I'm feeling so tired after ozone. Am i okay?
A : That is expected and completely fine. Rest for a day, drink a lot of water and eat nutritious meal. After exposure with high oxygen, usually your muscles will enter relaxed state, that is why you are feeling less energy.
